Every casting we produce starts with a specific requirement: a drawing, a sample, a measurement taken from a lamppost that has stood for a century, or a digital scan of a human face. The work is always bespoke, and the outcome is always traceable to that original requirement.
The projects below represent a cross-section of what we do: heritage restoration, public art, and precision industrial casting. Christian Dior Couture Window Displays
Maybrey Precision Castings was commissioned by Millimetre Ltd to manufacture a series of bespoke aluminium castings for an extraordinary installation forming part of the flagship window displays of Christian Dior Couture in New York and Beverly Hills.
Casting for Caroflow and Caro Flood Defence
As part of the Caro Group of Companies, Maybrey Precision Castings manufactures aluminium castings for two of Caro’s flagship product ranges: Caroflow Flat Roof Drainage and Caro Flood Defence.
Manufacturing these components in-house gives complete control over quality, lead times and product development.
Precision Aerospace Castings
Maybrey Precision Castings manufactures precision aluminium castings for customers in the aerospace industry, where quality, consistency and full traceability are essential.

Mother Vérité
Mother Vérité is a significant artwork created by Brisih digital sculptor Rayvenn Shaleigha D’Clark. Maybrey Precision Castings was commissioned to realise that form in silicon bronze.
Black Renaissance
Artist Rayvenn Shaleigha D’Clark concenived five monumental sculptures, each approximately 2.5m tall, which demanded a level of surface fidelity that conventional sand casting could not delivery. Maybrey Precision Castings was commissioned to produce the silicon bronze castings.
SG Iron Lampposts for Regent’s Park
No drawings, no patterns, no CAD: just an original lamppost removed from the Outer Circle of Regent’s Park and a brief to replicate it exactly, with the new King Charles crest added. We 3D scanned the original, rebuilt it in CAD, and cast three SG iron lampposts each exceeding four metres.
